Jera Wolfe is a Canadian choreographer and performer and a member of the Manitoba Métis Federation.

His captivating choreography has awarded him the 2019 Dora Mavor Moore Award for Outstanding Original Choreography for Trace by Red Sky Performance. He has demonstrated an impressive repertoire of works presented by Canadian Stage, National Arts Centre, Fall For Dance North, Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity, Festival des arts de Saint-Sauveur, Citadel + Compagnie, Danse Danse, and Jacob’s Pillow.

Notable creations include Arise by Canada’s National Ballet School, Begin Again and Play Cowboy by Winnipeg’s Contemporary Dancers, Control by École de danse contemporary de Montreal, and Soul by the National Ballet of Canada.

As a performer Jera has danced for Red Sky Performance as well as Peggy Baker Dance Projects. He is also the lead performer in Atlantic Ballet’s production PISUWIN.
