Box Office Policies
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES – All ticket sales are final and no refunds will be issued except in the event of a performance being cancelled. In the event that you are suddenly unable to attend the performance you purchased a ticket for, you may exchange your ticket for a different performance.
LATE SEATING – All performances begin at the listed times. If you arrive late to a performance, seating is not guaranteed. When possible, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the Front of House Manager.
CHILDREN’S TICKETS – Children under the age of five do not need a ticket to any performance or event, with the exception of workshop events.
PERSONAL RECORDING DEVICES – Photography and recording devices are strictly prohibited. Mobile phones and other electronic devices must be turned off during performances.
MEDIA – By purchasing a ticket, you consent to appearing in photographs and videos taken in public areas of the theatre and therefore release tiger princess dance projects from any and all liability from use of such photographs and images.
CANCELLATION OF PERFORMANCE – If a performance or an event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as technical issues or other reasons, patrons who had purchased tickets will be offered either a ticket for a different performance or a full refund of their ticket.
RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMITTANCE – The theatre reserves the right to refuse admittance to patrons due to reasons of: disruptive behaviour, non-compliance with policies, safety and security concerns, and at the discretion of the Front of House Manager.
